Enjoy freshly prepared sandwiches, generous slices of homemade cake, warm cherry scones, unlimited tea or filter coffee, and a sparkling glass of fizz to toast the occasion. There’s a delicious mini Afternoon Tea for children too, making it a lovely way for the whole family to celebrate together.

We also offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free Afternoon Tea options, with the choice to add on a savoury plate.

Adult Tipsy Afternoon Tea Menu ~ £21.95

Served on a beautiful Denby tiered cake stand, our Tipsy Afternoon Tea includes:

• Freshly prepared sandwiches: Baked ham & English mustard, egg mayonnaise & cress, cheddar cheese & tomato, tuna mayonnaise
• Salted crisps
• Homemade cherry scone with strawberry jam & clotted cream
• Slice of fresh cream and strawberry Victoria sandwich cake or caramel latte cake
• Bottomless tea, Americano coffee, or apple/ orange juice
• Glass of Prosecco or non-alcoholic fizz

Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available. Please advise of dietary requirements in the special requirements box when booking.

Optional Savoury Plate ~ £7.95
A tasty treat for one or perfect for sharing:
Half a scotch egg, butchers ham, wedge of cheese, sourdough, piccalilli & pickled onions

Children’s Afternoon Tea Menu ~ £10.95 (Under 12s)

Presented on a Denby cake stand, includes:

• Freshly prepared baked ham and cheddar cheese sandwiches
• Salted crisps
• Homemade cupcake and a chocolate treat
• Seasonal fruit wedges
• Choice of orange juice, apple juice, squash, or water

TIME: Served at 12pm-2pm

ADDITIONAL POTTERY PAINTING SESSION: Make your day even more special with a family pottery painting session in the Denby Craft Studio. For just £2.50 per person, secure your place and choose your pottery piece on the day (items start from £8.50). Select your preferred session time at the booking stage, to take place after your 12pm-2pm Afternoon Tea.

LOCATION: Denby Pottery Village, Denby, Derbyshire, DE5 8NX at Bourne’s Coffee Shop & Bistro.

ACCESSIBILITY: Please let us know in advance if any of your party members have accessibility requirements. The Mother's Day Tipsy Tea takes place upstairs at Bourne's and is only accessible by stairs.

ARRIVAL: Upon arrival, please park in our free customer car park and head to Bourne's Coffee Shop & Bistro to present your tickets.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY: Denby Pottery Village will make every effort to ensure that your Mother's Day Tipsy Tea goes ahead on the confirmed date and time. However, should unforeseen conditions prevail, an alternative date or time will be offered, or a full refund will be given. Unfortunately, this event is non - transferable and refunds cannot be given for cancellations. Bookings confirmed with full payment. Please refer to our full T&C’s here
