Saturday 9th November at 10 am - 2pm  ( Pottery painting 10.00-12pm and Festive afternoon tea 12pm-4pm)

Sunday 10th November at 12pm - 4pm (Festive afternoon tea 12pm-2pm and Pottery Painting 2pm-4pm)

Friday 15th November at 12pm - 4pm  (Festive afternoon tea 12pm-2pm and Pottery Painting 2pm-4pm)

Start your experience with a freshly prepared Festive Afternoon Tea in Bourne's Coffee Shop & Bistro. It’s a special way to spend some quality time with friends and to get into the Christmas spirit.

Complete your experience in our welcoming Craft Studio and decorate an 8-inch Denby medium plate for the festivities. Let your imagination flow using our colourful glazes or choose from a selection of Christmas stencil designs and sponges to decorate your plate. We’ll kiln fire your finished design to collect in a few weeks’ time.

A selection of freshly prepared sandwiches:

- Roast turkey, stuffing & cranberry sauce
- Honey baked ham with mustard mayo
- Egg and cress
- Cheddar cheese and red onion chutney

Homemade Seasonal scone: Freshly baked cranberry scone served with butter, cream & jam

Homemade sweet treats: Choose between our homemade Christmas cake, sticky ginger cake or chocolate orange cake with a festive mince pie

Served with your choice of drink: Choose from refillable Americano coffee, English breakfast tea or any non-alcoholic soft drink (non-refillable).

Veggie / vegan / gluten-free option is available. Please confirm any dietary requirements at the booking stage.

LOCATION: Denby Pottery Village – The Denby Craft Studio and downstairs at Bourne’s Coffee Shop & Bistro. Upon arrival, please head straight to the Denby Welcome Desk inside the Craft Studio and present your tickets to a member of the team (on your mobile or printout).

TIME:

Your festive Afternoon Tea at Bourne’s Coffee Shop & Bistro will take place at 12pm until 2pm followed by a pottery painting session in the Denby Craft Studio at 2pm until 4pm.

On arrival, please head straight to Bourne's for your 12pm Afternoon Tea and a member of the team will show you to your table. 

WHO’S IT FOR: This adult craft experience is perfect for all abilities, and you don’t need to have any previous experience to join in.

NOTES: All materials, including an apron, will be provided on the day. As you will be working with paint, we advise you to wear something that you don't mind getting dirty.

BOOKINGS: Denby Pottery Village will make every effort to ensure that your Christmas Crafternoon goes ahead on the confirmed date and time. However, should unforeseen conditions prevail, and we need to rearrange your booking, an alternative date or time will be offered where possible or a full refund will be given. Unfortunately, this event is non-transferable and refunds cannot be given for customer cancellations.

Our great selection of shops are open every day (except for Christmas Day and Easter Sunday) between 9am – 5pm (Monday – Saturday) and 10am – 4pm on Sundays for you enjoy during your visit. The Denby Craft Studio is open daily between 10am-4pm. Except Monday in term time.

There is also a choice of two eateries (Bourne's Coffee Shop & Bistro and The Farm Shop Café) serving a wide variety of homecooked dishes, breakfasts, homemade cakes, drinks and more. Open: Monday - Saturday: 9.00am - 4.30pm & Sunday: 9.30am - 3.30pm.
