Celebrate your child’s special day with a Crafty & Arty Denby Pottery Party!

Our exciting party packages are available to book 1.50pm-4pm on selected dates , include an hour of fun-filled pottery painting & ‘play with clay’ craft activities, followed by a delicious tea party in our colourfully decorated party room. There's also FREE downloadable invitations included (or we can post them out to you) as well as optional extras to help you build your own party.

Choose between a Denby Keepsake Pottery Painting Party or a Fun Shapes Pottery Painting Party and let our Denby Party Leader take care of hosting the activities in the craft studio, all we ask is that you supervise your children. A minimum of 1 supervising adult per 5 children is required. Due to space limitations in our Craft Studio, there is a maximum capacity of 4 adults per party. Any extra adults are welcome to join the tea party upstairs at Bourne's, after the craft activities. A parent must be on site whilst any child is a guest to the party group celebrations please.

Denby Pottery party packages can be booked for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 15 party guests. You are welcome to invite less than this number but the minimum party cost of £159.50 or £189.50 will still apply (depending on your chosen party package). All party bookings need to be made 7 days in advance of your preferred party date or please contact our team to discuss numbers if over 15 and date availability.

Final party guest numbers and dietary requirements can be confirmed up to 1 weeks before your party date. We recommend booking the minimum party number (10 party guests) to secure your date until the final party guest numbers are confirmed. A team member will contact you once we have received your booking to discuss this further.

DENBY KEEPSAKE POTTERY PAINTING PARTY: £18.95 per party guest

• A Denby tea plate for every child to decorate in their own design. Fired in our kilns to keep and use at home. Available to collect 2-3 weeks later.

• Fun ‘play with clay’ activities

• Use of the Denby Craft Studio & exclusive hire of the tea party room. This space is for you to self-led with your party guest. You have this space for upto an hour, maybe bring some games with you to entertain your guests.Please ask you you have any further questions.

• A delicious selection of freshly prepared children’s tea party food

• Your own activity party host for the time spent crafting.

• Party invitations to download and print at home (or we can post them out to you)

• 10% off voucher for guests to spend on the party day and once used handed over at the till point please.

• Bring your own Birthday cake and party bags.

FUN SHAPES POTTERY PAINTING PARTY: £15.95 per party guest

• A choice of fun pottery shapes for every child to paint & take home on the party day

• Fun ‘play with clay’ activities

• Use of the Denby Craft Studio & exclusive hire of the tea party room. This space is for you to self-led with your party guest. You have this space for upto an hour, maybe bring some games with you to entertain your guests. Please ask if you have any further questions.

• A delicious selection of freshly prepared children’s tea party food

TEA PARTY FOOD:

• A selection of freshly prepared sandwiches (Ham, cheese, egg mayo, jam)

• Crisps

• Carrot and cucumber sticks

• Unlimited squash & water

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free alternatives are available on request.

Please note that the tea party room is located upstairs at Bourne’s Coffee Shop & Bistro and is only accessible by stairs. Please let us know if any of your party guests have accessibility requirements and we can discuss alternative arrangements.

The Denby Craft Studio is a shared creative space and on occasion, there may be another experience happening at the same time as your party. This should not impact your party experience.

Aprons will be provided for each child during the pottery painting activity.
